Getting appointments is a nightmare. You wait a week unless it's urgent then wait 1 and a half hrs in the surgery to see the G.P. Only getting 1 month prescription at a time. Signing these must take up a lot of time as is very costly for patients.

Dr Emmalt was patient and listened to what I needed to tell him, and explained all the results of the tests, and arranged for me to see a specialist. Could not have been better all staff have always been helpful.

All doctors are excellent and pleasant. The only problem is getting an appointment, tend to suffer for a while because it's such hard work getting in.
