It takes ages to get through after the press a number on the keypad, as you have to listen to the recording with Dr Emmot ! I get regular medication that I have to take for longstanding health conditions that I'm not likely to be changing. Then I have to make an appt for a medication review and have to book an appointment which is virtually impossible to do. I'm asked to ring or call in for an appt on the day I need it when I should be able to book in advance if I give you a few weeks notice. When I'm ill , which I am regularly because I have a condition that makes me take immunosuppressant, I'm told when I eventually get through to the receptionist that I can't have an appt BUT MY SPECIALIST has told me I should be a priority !

I have always managed to get a some day appointment for my son whenever I have needed one. The doctors are friendly and kind. I have found it more difficult to get appointments for myself for things that aren't urgent but I don't want to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor for.

Waiting time is disgusting!! Then because the doctors is behind I got rushed out! Waiting time is usually 1 and 1/2 hours!
