I am totally happy with the care l received today and even from reception staff who went above and beyond her call of duty to inform me that Holme lane was closed and the traffic manic, so to set off in plenty of time. I was extremely grateful of this. The GP who l saw was excellent in her whole manner throughout my appointment.

This review refers to my visit on the 30th November '16 only, not subsequent visits to a different nurse. I went to have my wound from an ileostomy reversal redressed and the nurse squirted some cleaning fluid into the wound. She should have known better with this type of surgery. I was in excruciating pain for the rest of the day and night.

I called he surgery at 08:15, the recepontist was courteous, I gave a brief description of my problem and the fact that I worked, I was offered an appointment to fit in my working day with a named doctor. The appointment went well, the doctor needed to refer me for a diagnostic scan which would take 6 weeks, then 7 days for the result to come back. My only disappointment was that she was a locum and may not be there to follow the results up with me. Overall I had a very positive experience.

The doctors are brilliant Dr smith Dr Hudson and Dr melsome in fact all the doctors work hard and long hours sometime the receptionist can be off hand believe me I don't want to sit in a pool for hours unless I'm desperate to see the doctors. Sitting in a pool for long period of time with backache and a bad leg isn't comfortable.
