This surgery used to be excellent. Since joining the modality group it has really deteriorated. Access for appointments is very poor. No continuity of care. Never offer face to face appointments with a G.P.. Little understanding of how stressful it is to access the service, especially for elderly people who find using the phone and internet a challenge. If you do manage to see a member of staff they are courteous and helpful and I feel sorry for them having to work with these conditions.

Improve access More continuity of care Face to face appointments. Diagnosis by telephone is dangerous.
