Waiting time ridiculous. Told to arrive at 4 pm - seen 45 mins later. Why not ask clients to come nearer when they are likely yo bee seen. I asked all my clients to turn up at 4pm and wait around until I can see them I wouldn't have a business! There were two other people in the waiting room similarly complaining to the receptionist.
