The waiting room is bland. The fans are filthy with dead skin and dust, they need cleaning. There are too many chairs and they impede and disabled patients. The bucks are noisy when kids are playing with them and if you are tense, anxious or have a headache it is very irritating and can make your symptoms worse. The toilets are dirty, they need a good dust and clean. Should the window be locked in there? Fire safety. The music is awful, makes you feel tense and irritated.
