No care given what so ever from Crosshills gp.on two separate occasions!!
First time- I handed an URGENT referral into the surgery from my optometrist,I was loosing my eyesight!!! 2 week later I received a letter regarding the referral , l had to wate another 3 weeks before I would receive a hospital appointment.Within this time I decided to go to accident department hospital, I was admitted and stayed in hospital for 7 days!!!
Second occasion I phoned for a doctors to call me back,phone appointment was made! I didn't receive this call. I am 1 week from being discharged from having a hip replacement, in despair without sleeping in 7 days.
I am feeling Really really sad for the lack of care/empathy given from Crosshills GP
