I have been a patient at Croft Hall Medical Practice for 18 years and always received excellent service, however 6 months ago I had surgery and experienced very unexpected and distressing side effects.
The follow up care I experienced from the Doctors here was outstanding, they were patient, sympathetic and kind. Whenever I contacted the surgery I was able to access the Doctor very quickly either through appointments or telephone consultations, on one occasion the Doctor rang me back within 10 minutes!
Thankfully I am now fully recovered, but I would like to thank all the staff at ‘Croft’ for the brilliant care I received and thoughroughly recommend this Practice and the attached Pharmacy.
