It is easy to get an appointment, unless you work nights, then it is nearly impossible, as you can't get a appointment unless you phone at 8am. Would be very handy if you could, perhaps phone at 12 for a later appointment.

The treatment I received was above and beyond what I was expecting and hoped for.
