Because my mum was able to ring up and get me an appointment the same morning and because Dr marchant was once again absolutely amazing she understands me and I feel that I have a good rapport with her

I used the call back facility today and it worked perfectly. Got a morning appointment with no problem. Dr Tharm was lovely and dealt with my problem thoroughly.
