This was the earliest appointment date i could get by walking in to the practice, almost 14 days later (admittedly Easter fell in between). I arrived on time for my appointment but then had to wait almost 40mins before I was seen.
However once I was seen by the doctor, it was an excellent discussion.
Suggested improvements
I used the self check in on arrival. 10mins later after not being called I asked the receptionist if there was an issue. I was reassured I was next and the Doctor was running behind. It took another 25 mins before I was seen. The practice could do more to communicate to people in the waiting room what the situation is. I honestly nearly just walked out but as it took almost 2 weeks to get an appointment I didn't want to lose the opportunity to be seen.
