Th Crick surgery before Covid was a busy , friendly place, you could often get an appointment the same day if you rang in first thing in the morning, however since then it has become very difficult to get a face to face appointment, the surgery has now reduced the waiting room by 50% ( not promising for the future) has recently installed mirrored glass making the surgery feel impersonal, patients have to wait in the car park avoiding cars coming and going, unfortunately it has an unwelcoming atmosphere now which is very disappointing for the patients
