Nurses exceptional, friendly and efficient. The loud speaker system used by Doctors and Nurses to call patients should be louder, currently difficult to hear especially for the hard of hearing. I accept the receptionists are busy people but one comes over as being superior, making anyone feel uncomfortable. Needs to remember if she does not like the job there are others who would. On the whole a good surgery.

I had to wait nearly three weeks for a non urgent appointment which seems a bit excessive to me. Maybe half term had something to do with it.

I recently received excellent service from this surgery over a prescription request. All the staff involved worked very hard to ensure that my drugs were received in the very short time before I had to away. I could not have wished for better service anywhere.

Still don't quite understand the 2 day waiting time for prescriptions. Probably why it was brought in was to cut the time doctors were writing prescriptions out but surely after the initial start they are still writing them out daily anyway the only saving was at the start.?
