Everything was very good about the care I received from booking the appointment through to leaving the surgery after my appointment. Very good service.

Nothing. Appointment made via phone - arrived at surgery - surgery closed. Went to other surgery for 17.00 appointment. 17.30 went to enquire with not been called to be told booked in on wrong code and didn't know why. Trying to catch the nurse to speak to her.

The receptionists are always very helpful and polite and always shown empathy and understanding. I have always felt I have been dealt with appropriately. I have on occasion seen by different doctors in the surgery and have been satisfied. I have mainly been under the care of Dr. Fenlon and consider her an outstanding doctor and fully trust her with me and my families wellbeing.
