Appalling surgery and customer service. Will be changing doctors.
Medical forms for a new job just needed signing. (28days! - ridiculous!)
Told not a priority yet I have to pay…..
admin woman says she only works 2 days a week and only 1 doctor who can sign and he only works 2 days a week…and the doctors sign them in their spare time.
Asked for updates, no help what so ever. Admin woman extremely rude. Threatened to put forms to the bottom of the pile.
Asked for practice managers details was told I could only have the main practice email. And refused the managers name.
Feels to me like staff are trying to cover their backs with complaints.
Thanks to incompetence of staff I’m at risk of missing work start date and being unemployed for 2-3 months.

Practices like this are why the nhs is in the position it’s in!
