The receptionists really do their best, you can generally get an appointment and are always helpful especially Sharon. The must have the patience of saints to work with Dr Attalla.

Reeducate Dr Attalla about mental health and tell her to reign her personal feelings in. Get another GP to help her to manage her workload better.

Can not recommend this surgery enough. The doctor is amazing whenever any of my 3 children are poorly she gets us in straight away and listens to any of my concerns. The receptionist Marie is also amazing the most friendliest lady who also sorts appointments out asap if any of my babies are ill. 10/10 from me!!

Great surgery very helpful and straight to the point. The doctor is amazing and gives you the help you need what ever the problem. The receptionist Marie who is on in the morning is exceptional at her job very helpful and does her upmost to help you when she can I cannot recommend this surgery enough and if your lucky enough to speak to Marie then you will leave a happy patient

The doctor is generally helpful although you have to catch her on a good day as if you don’t she can be quite rude. I appreciate she’s busy but what I don’t appreciate is being spoken to like dirt. I’m not a malingerer nor am I a neurotic mother just someone trying to do their best who needed a little help from the gp I do not expect to made to feel like a time waster I’m not one that will ever go to the doctors so on the odd occasion I do I don’t expect to be disrespected the way I was this evening. Not happy at the moment such a shame as I’ve always thought she was top notch.
