I am now registered with another surgery thankfully. I just could t take the incompetence any longer at Courtyard. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, I just don’t trust the GP’s diagnosis and that has happened on more than one occasion with different doctors. Their administration is appalling and antiquated and m feel like a complete inconvenience whenever you contact them. The only exception to this is the medical Secretary who is very helpful. My experience of the nurse there has been less than favourable and I am so pleased never to have to set foot in the surgery or have anything to do with them ever again!
