I wanted to speak to a doctor face to face. "On line" I was able to select the doctor I wanted to speak to, plus the day and the time that was convenient to me. All carried out in a few minutes on the surgery's web site.
The day prior to the appointment I was sent a reminder by text to my mobile phone.
Come the actual day my appointment was exactly on time and my doctor handled my situation in a swift, courteous and professional manner.
The only improvement I could suggest would be that the patient be kept up to date with the follow up action agreed between doctor and patient.
