I haven't had many appointments; my experience is mainly of bringing prescriptions in from specialists. On every occasion I've gone back to collect my script after the agreed time and it's not been written up. Also the doctors appear to be selective about which items they actually write up from the specialist's form, so it's pot luck what I get. I've even had the wrong item on one occasion (dangerous!)
Oh and the parking's on a meter - this makes the service pretty much unusable for me. I wouldn't have registered if I'd known this so hopefully it'll help someone.
