Staff throughout the surgery are helpful caring and go out of their way to be helpful. Dr and nurses are always knowledgeable about your problem, when you attend to phone consultants which makes you feel they have taken the time to read your most relevant roles. Time is of no object. Never felt their clock watching at your appointment and are very helpful with advice and knowledgeable on where to send or ask for further advice for your problem.

Refreshing change to come to such a great, helpful surgery where can get an appointment within a week. New to practice, but good signs that it will be a helpful, positive experience rather than negative. No feedback for improvements. Sarah was brilliant doing routine ecg bloods.

My husband and I have always found the surgery to be efficient and the staff so willing to be attentive and helpful. Our experience today was no exception for medical reasons our appointments had to be adjusted and the receptionist displayed much patience and determination to achieve the optimum solution. The doctors responded accordingly as was necessary. We are very grateful.
