I cannot find any fault with Court Thorn Surgery. If the Practice was a cake it would have both the icing and cherry on top! My experience: The minute you enter the Practice - from parking the car at a free, level car park, to accessing the building on via a ramp with handrails, to the reception area that provides confidentiality and polite notices to encourage patients to do the same, the charm and smiling faces of the receptionists, the tidy, clean waiting room, the warm welcome from the GP, the uncluttered consultation room, to the efficient take home of medication as there is an onsite dispensary - its marvelous! I honestly can't think of any improvement. While I was waiting there, there were no magazines, which I understand is to reduce infection. What I did read was a really good annual report of a very proactive Patient focus group - its great to read that this Practice takes on board patient viewpoints and suggestions. I'm sure other practices would benefit from the same patient focus group involvement.
