Dealt with rude reception staff who gave conflicting advice. I phoned at 8am to get an emergency appointment and staff told me I had to re-register online as my account had been de-activated. They then told me to phone back at 11am when more appointments are released. I phoned at 11am and they told me that I could not access extended hours appointments as I had registered as a temporary patient. I still do not have access to essential health care.

Suggested improvements
Not given conflicting advice. More polite staff. Better access to appointments for acute illness (infection requiring antibiotics)
