Overall brilliant just couple of things to work on. I realise this is a doctor's practice not a hotel service but you are asking for feedback, so I am willing to provide

Some noticeboard or a way to manually check how many appointments before you if the practise is running late would be great. And if patients are booked into flexible/"if we have free time" slots that's fine but please state how much notice we'd get, so we're not running to the practice like Olympic athletes haha! Otherwise top notch service

I have nothing but praise for the nurses and receptionists at this practice. I have an ongoing problem and have always been able to see the nurse (Memory) and also (Tania) who involve me in my care. They are caring, efficient and sympathetic, could not wish for anyone better.

Cleanliness is top priority for open wounds being dressed and having the nurses clean their treatment rooms, when they are already extremely busy, just shows how bad the cleaners are. I also understand that one of the best receptionists is leaving, and am extremely disappointed that she is going. Since being taken over it seems that another practice has decided that the patients of Cottenham High Street Practice do not need an efficient, hard working, extremely pleasant receptionist, who actually knows what she is doing. If it is a case of money involved to show how well thought of she is then she is worth her weight in gold and quite frankly would make an excellent practice Manager.

First experience under new primary care organisation of local surgery on a very straightforward, minor ailment (cellulitis), but all the same, whether by luck or otherwise, from first call to appointment, diagnosis and medication prescribed, dealt with extraordinarily and unexpectedly efficiently and effectively (so far as I can judge) within 2 hours, for which I can only be very grateful.
