Most of us slate Doctors Receptionists but in the main, as the very front line, their jobs are extremely challenging so we, as patients, don't always appreciate just how grateful we are to them.
My experience in the last few years has been nothing short of fabulous! Especially one member of the team, Dawn, who has reinforced my believe in their abilities.
Her professional yet caring, empathetic, sympathetic attitude has not gone unnoticed. A big thank you to not only Dawn but the whole team.
