Repeat prescriptions can only be done via a phone line that is only open 11am-1pm then 2-3pm, however you always get an answer phone and im currently calling at 2.07pm and the message says its closed...
Since the new pharmacy and loss of some doctors the surgery seems more like a business charging for notes and letter at the high end of the scale.
Reception never seems interested in helping either
