Face to face appointment cancelled with 24 hour notice and no explanation given, advised to rebook, waste of time as no one is available to answer phone and when I selected the call back option I’m still waiting over 3 hours later, and I’ve waited weeks for a face to face appointment in order to get a referral

Staggered meal breaks, employ more staff, answer the phones, call back when you say you will
