Very hard to book an appointment either online, phone or even visiting the surgery.
Triage system is a excuse to everything.
Changed surgery from Smallfield a few months ago and I really miss the service they provided me for years. I always able to book any appointment because there was no triage rubbish system. They looked into the system to see if there was any space!
This practice to request a prescription, we have to beg to have them.
I'm really disappointed.
