Telephone for appointment always the same, call back tomorrow at 8 am , when call back no appointments available. Can book appointment in advance despite what is written on surgery website. The Telephone gatekeepers seem determined to be rude and unhelpful.
Makes no sense that everyone urgent and routine have to compete by telephone for same day appointment
Suggested improvements
Allow non urgent appointments to be scheduled per surgery website.
