Medical personnel and support fine once you're in, but getting an appointment is a nightmare, phone waiting time of 20 minutes is common, and when I went in to arrange an appointment as instructed by letter, I was told to go away and phone in for an appointment when the relevant doctor was in. Having said that, I understand that this problem is not unique to this surgery and is all too common throughout the NHS, so little point in switching surgeries. Not just me, everyone I mention this to has the same issue.

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone in a reasonable time. 20 minutes is not reasonable, especially when a recorded message keeps telling you that your call is very important - it doesn't feel like it.
