Waiting over the phone to get picked up is absolutely ridiculously long, one hour at least! Staff works at reception is the worst ever, no help, aggressive and arrogant. Impossible to book any appointments. They always ask to fill in an E-consultation and the GP would make a call next day but it's pointless as the GP never seems to bother other than giving a pretend call which lasts only 3 seconds and hangs off with voicemail later requesting a call back through reception. But World knows what the receptionist in this clinic is like - rudest, pushing patients away and never cares!

Suggested improvements
Train your receptionist and get rid of the rude one! Make the appointments easier to book instead of always have to fill in the e consultation to wait for GP to call back. Don't make a pretend call that rings 3 seconds then hang off to leave a voicemail, saying that you try to call but cannot get through, it is so lame. It is your job to treat patients not to push them away. Every job has pressure, leave this job and give it to other suitable and more professional if you don't like it.
