It's is still very difficult to book a face to face or telephone appointment without waiting weeks at a time. However, I understand that this is not totally under the surgeries control. However, I have found the e-consult service really helpful in terms of being able to fill it out at any time of the day or night and someone getting back to me.
Suggested improvements
There is still, in my mind, an unacceptable amount of time to wait for face to face appointments. I completely understand that actually many problems can be resolved without a physical, face to face appointment but when one is necessary, I think the wait is far too long. I was recently quoted 3 weeks.
