I was suffering from high BLOOD PRESSURE and till date I didn't get any medicine for the same. It has been over 4 weeks now. Once they called me to monitor my BP and braced me with a device ( which doesn't work). It didn't show any recording and used to go off multiple times without any specific intervals. I reported the same but was told that my bo is normal. Whereas when I monitor with my own machine it shows 100/ 150 as an average reading.

Suggested improvements
The registered nurse doesn't wipe clean the skin surface before piercing needle for blood tests. When I questioned her, she told me that they don't wipe. She didn't even bother to pull the needle out gently pressing with a cotton first, instead she just pressed with a thin paper like material and pulled it out with a jerk. It was painful and highly unprofessional behaviour...or maybe racist act. Where as in the same clinic when blood tests are done by other healthcare giver she did wipe clean and provided bandage and was gentle.
