This surgery is a joke you have to be selective in when your sick you can't be sick for the six to eight weeks it takes to get an appointment this is of course you are lucky enough to get through on the phone to begin with then it's pot luck you get the nice receptionist or the really ignorant one. If you are fortunate enough to get through your then told that there are no doctors available for six to eight weeks but if you phone on Tuesday the dairy will be open for new appointments. Now this is not a one off experience and reading other reviews from long term existing customers ( something the practice clearly doesn't check or doesn't care about) is not just my issue. Why does a practice who clearly can not handle the amount of patients it has to being with continue to add more and the answer is simple pure GREED that's why. I am fortunate enough along with my family to remember when this practice cared more about it's patients and the quality of care they got not the amount of patients it has and the amount of money they receive. I feel that with this attitude towards their patients they are potentially putting there patients at risk and I unfortunately have no other option but to start looking for a new practice for the heath and safety of my family.
