This surgery is very poor the service and the doctors They do not make any effect to read new patients medical history have no idea why they are calling you otherwise they would have read some history ... I rang at 8 one morning told a doctor would call that day waited by phone nothing by 1 pm so i rang them said she would call this afternoon 6 pm nothing i called them again and was told that doctor had put my name not today how disgraceful so i waited around all day and that night ended up in hospital Was not happy you can never get appointment after 08.03 in morning or no one answers I have been put on 6 antibiotics without being seen do not think this surgery has even looked at my medical history ti be honest and even choc emailed them asking for tests to be done yet nothing from this surgery Some doctors are have no bedside manners and just so rude

Improve this Surgery because people have no option but to use you which seems very unfair and you think its ok to treat people like this your phone app is rubbish i can not see my medical history which i am allowed to see medical results and history which you obviously do not read by my experience with this health practice let hope you do not kill someone Maybe look at Lionwood surgery Norwich and how they do things 1st class practise Us patients we are not numbers we are people thing this Fell view forgot this it seems I had a doctor ring me today had no idea why he was calling me even pointless
