I was told to phone at 8 in the morning to get an evening appointment, I tried to get through, I tried many times to get through. The calls are logged on my phone, 33 times I phoned until I got through. When I did get through I was told there was no appointments at Cleator Moor. I could get an appointment at Whitehaven but at a time I could not make because of my work and it was with a nurse practitioner, I want to see a doctor not a nurse. Shocking service. The only way you can get in is to be on the doorstep at 8 in the morning when they open the door, but I would need to take a day off work which should not happen.
