I tried all week to get an appointment! 4 days later I had sucess and was told my appointment was for 9.30.
I walked 35mins to get there, only to be told there had been a mistake and my appointment had been given to someone else! Even tho the receptionist remembers me making the appointment there was nothing they could do!
After standing at the help desk having to explain why I needed to see a doctor in front of other patients waiting to be dealt with I was turned away!
I am a full time shift worker and a mother to young kids and I do not have 70mins to waste on other people’s incompetence!
