Hello Many thanks for your feedback which is appreciated. We are pleased to hear you have experienced good service when you have needed to use us. Since the Covid pandemic, Primary Care has changed so that we have a multi-disciplinary team available to speak to and see patients. This means that we ensure patients are contacted by the best possible clinical person to support them who are fully trained and able to assist patients as necessary. We find that many patients do not need to see a GP however if the clinician feels individuals need a GP, this will be arranged.
