I saw both a nurse about my feet and an advanced practitioner nurse (Helen). Care offered was very good. Time was taken to explain how I can best care for my feet. Blood pressure also taken.

Can't think of anything. Staff work really hard to provide excellent care

I asked for an appointment to see a medical professional and it was organised within one hour and a half of making the request

Gabriella did my wound care for leg ulcers and was very good. She’s new to the practice but doing very well. The front ulcers are healing now. I am very happy with my care.

Appointment for a review was made by Clarkson offering me a cancellation. There was quite a bit of leaves and rubbish in-between the outside door and automatic door but the wind was blowing it in. Appointment was with Nicola Baines who done my review all went well and she arranged appointment for a shingles jab for next week
She is always friendly and helpful a lovely person.

Hello, many thanks for your feedback which we appreciate. Yes with the automatic doors which we have for patient convenience - particularly those with mobility issues, there can be a problem with leaves/rubbish from outside blowing around. Our cleaners on a daily basis ensure nothing is there but it accumulates during the day. We are pleased your experience with us was positive and we will pass on your comments to our colleague. Katy Ellington did my long term condition review and she was brilliant. Very thorough and when she took blood, didn’t even feel the needle. All good.
