I have had a few appointments with Michael, I now ask for him when booking other appointments. He is so professional, thorough and explains everything he's doing, why he's doing it and is a really personable kind gentleman. We need more people like Michael in the NHS, top bloke.

Had an appointment with Michael for steroid injections and he was thorough, explained everything and was very professional. I didn't speak to reception and haven't tried telephone appointment so can't comment on those. Gave it average score. Online requests are so much easier

The wait time for an appointment from referral was longer than I had hoped but otherwise everything was fine

I got some of my appointments by telephoning. The morning. The rest the wonderful practitioner nurses sorted out for me.

I can’t think of anything as I had excellent service through out the several months I had to attend the surgery.
