If it is a problem that requires you being seen, then you get a face-to-face appt which is great. It’s often with one of the Nurse Practitioners and they are all amazing. Very knowledgeable. Great service.

You’re doing so well for us who have longstanding conditions, making appointments, keeping contact.

Have trouble actually getting to see a doctor face to face

Nothing really. Lots of patients in the practice so doctors have a heavy workload

I had a long term medication review with Katy. Katy was extremely pleasant and helpful, she assisted me with questions I had on a different condition, nothing was too much trouble, Katy was knowledgable and offered brilliant advice.

Calling to get an appointment is still a challenge.

Sometimes it depends who answers your call Some receptionists need more training

My CPN let the surgery know I needed an ECG & certain bloods taken Eastern European ladie made 1 app for ECG yesterday but bloods next week l came to yesterday's app Lisa was doing it so mentioned to here how important it was for my bloods to be taken & bless her ❤️ she done it straight after ECG .so now mental health can now make decision about my med sooner rather than later Thank you again Lisa x

Firstly i would like to say that everyone of your staff are polite and friendly. The surgery have an amasing team of nurses that carry the service you supply, a dr is near impossible to see. I understand there are a lot of patients but a face to face with a real Dr would be nice. You are a Drs surgery not a nurses
