I saw Lisa the Respiratory Nurse on Friday 26/04 @ 09:10. My appointment was on time , Lisa was as always very cheerful, polite and professional. She took time to listen to my answers to her questions and appeared genuinely involved in the content. There is a lot of negative comments going around about Clarkson Surgery but personally from day 1 I have had nothing both positive experiences at the Surgery. Thank you.

They keep sending me for COPD Appointments, when I keep telling them I have a ILD

Read patients consultation letters,so you treat them dot the right conditions, one doctor asked what my condition was,which wasn't very reassuring

Depends how busy they are.some receptionists are more helpful than others.ive been with the same practise but in different parts of Wisbech I've never felt I needed to change

This last week I had 2 appointments on the same day same person Lisa ECG & blood taken 1 in the morning 1 late afternoon Lisa kindly done them both at the morning appointment. I was most grateful receptionists seem to think it's easy to get into the Dr's from the villages if you don't drive it costs me £21.70 from Gorefied to drs& back you decide E

I had a regular medication review. The staff were very helpful and polite. The surgery was very clean and tidy.

Had a message from the surgery to say I was due for a Covid jab. The doctor who gave it was very friendly and courteous.
