I had a telephone appointment with asthma nurse my phone did 3 rings then when off did not try to call back

Ring back let it ring a bit longer as we all don't walk about with phone in hand's

Hello, Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with our service recently. Our clinicians will always call our patients twice to ensure we speak to patients.
