If your not on the phone spot on 8.30am you have to wait.The last time I made an appointment I was number 35. This appointment was sent by yourselves.

Suggested improvements
Why does the receptionist have to leave the phone for advice,if not sure just let a person who can answer it ,just transfer the call over.

Hello Many thanks for providing us with your feedback which is appreciated. We have recently upgraded our telephone system which should improve our patients' experience in booking appointments during our triage period in the mornings. We have two clinical colleagues who make the decisions on who is best placed to handle patients' medical queries based on the information provided by them to our telephone answering team.
