As always there is a problem with getting through on the telephone for an appointment at 8.30 a.m. By the time you do get through, all the appointments for that day have gone and you have to go through the same process the following day.

Suggested improvements
For the appointment I had, which was for the Spring Covid vaccine, the service was excellent.

Hello Many thanks for providing us with your feedback which is appreciated. We have recently upgraded our telephone system which should enable our patients to get through to us more easily and quickly.
