I have always been very grateful for the care I’ve received from everyone at Churchfields, when I have needed ear microsuction.

Unless you ring at 8am or it’s a ‘medical emergency’ you aren’t getting a phone consultation or seeing a GP that day. Appointments always can’t be booked for the next day but 2 weeks in advance.

It is very good that you can email your health issue and get a response instead of waiting on the phone The Doctor I saw was very helpful and understanding

Phoning and waiting in a queue can be frustrating, but not too onerous.
