I have not had any problems booking a telephone consultation.
I don’t often have to book a visit to the surgery so I can’t really comment.
I find that the receptionists are very friendly when you speak to them on the telephone.
Suggested improvements
I do get annoyed at the long message that I have to listen to when ringing the surgery. I cannot see why it needs to be that long.
Other than that, quite happy.
