I was waiting for a referral from the IVR hospital in Newcastle. I was visiting there at the time.
That was taking a long time to come through, so from advice from the secretary, I rang and was able to get an online telephone appointment quite quickly.
The doctor then saw me promptly and referred me on to Worcester Hospital.
I cannot fault the service I have received from the surgery or from the Worcester Hospital.
