I feel that by having to speak to someone first prior to getting a face to face apppointment is not always a good system. Each time I have done this I have had to go & see a practioner face to face. This can result in time which could have been allocated to another patient for a telephone consultation. System of phoning at 8.30 each morning to get an appointment is frustating & very time consuming.

Suggested improvements
Have a different booking system.
