The process at Churchfields has improved consierably.The customer service aspects if administration are wirking well. are workibg well. If the process is followed early enough goid access to doctors.
Suggested improvements
Earlier access to doctor of choice. Medical records on NHS APP & Patient Access more complete and up to date.
Communication between hospital and GP quicker and sometines lacking and again needs to be more up to date and complete on NHS APP.
