I was able to make a telephone appointment & then seen straight away. Everything was explained clearly to me.
Suggested improvements
Would be better if it were possible for a time to be allocated for the telephone call even if it was narrowed down to the hour it is likely to happen. Makes it difficult when you are at work to make yourself available from 8.30 - 2pm for a phone call. Only a suggestion not a complaint
