I feel confident that, if a doctor does not think that a telephone consultation is adequate, a face-to-face will be offered, which is excellent. The doctor and the trainee doctor were both compassionate and caring, and I felt that they listened my problems, and I went away from the appointment reassured that I will receive the appropriate treatment if needed.
