You have to phone for blood test results between 12 and 2 but for the past few days of non stop ringing, I haven't gotten through, it either rings out or I try the appointment line and am put on hold for so long I give up and hang up. If you don't want to answer your phone's at that time, change the blood test result times to call. Frustrating and unprofessional.
